COVID meant one year of spending more time on the couch than I care to admit meant…and I needed an efficient Modern rug cleaning service for my Modern Rug. Very happy with how it rolled out. ORC team was very fast at replying to my request. They took a deposit to have my apartment, showed up on time, and called me just before they came. There was no obligation to “upsell” or anything like that. They just got in, did the job, very helpful, and took care to move furniture around as required gently. I surely would hire them again!

Amazing service! I’m very impressed to see that my wool rug looks almost new! I’ve been using a cover to hide the stains and somewhat protect them from adding more. But those covers never stay in place and aesthetically look more of a mess. I’m happy I decided to have it cleaned and deodorized. ORC team was super friendly and professional. I think this is the best fringe cleaning I’ve received, and the prices are fair and reasonable. Pride Carpet Cleaning team did the work were good about wearing his mask during this crazy time. Areas of improvement would include showing up on time (the service took place about an hour after the scheduled time). I think they did an excellent job than any other company I’ve hired in the past.
